Job Summary :- Urgent hiring for U.S Call Center Executive - fresher OR experience who are fluent in English and can speak U.S Accent. [Night Shift]

Responsibilities and Duties

• Communication with US Insurances & Patient
• E-Mail Conversations with US office.
• Solving issues / communicating with the Office Managers
• Can Work according to the US shifts.
• Fresher can Also Apply.
• Creating reports- Solving queries / tasks assigned to them.
• Excellent Typing Speed skills in English is a must, command over Gujarati and Hindi languages will be an added advantage
• Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint with excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Easy Communicate US Excellent.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Graduation / Post Graduation in relevant field
• 0-1 years of relevant experience, fresher with excellent Typing skills can also apply
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently and with minimal direct supervision
• Effective time management and multitasking skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines
