We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare and file tax documents and support audits as needed.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
Advanced skills in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
