Specializing in various ICU equipment such as DVT pumps, suction pumps, and multiple types of ventilators, AgVa’s R&D center is located in Noida. The company is notable for its ability to research and develop high-end ICU equipment swiftly and for providing the largest number of ventilators by a private organization to the Indian Government during the COVID pandemic.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Noida. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include managing customer accounts, processing orders, and maintaining records of interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Extremely good in English communication
• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Literacy is required
• Strong communication abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage
