Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in West Delhi. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and information about dental services, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also resolve customer complaints, follow up with patients, and maintain accurate documentation of interactions.

• Computer Literacy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certifications in customer service preferred
