Call Center Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Executive to join our team in Udyog Vihar, Phase 3, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have between 0 to 5 years of experience.

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and identify customer needs.
• Clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products and build sustainable relationships with customers.
• Keep records of all conversations in the call center database.
• Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance levels.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

• Previous experience in a customer support role is required.
• A track record of over-achieving quotas is essential.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening are necessary.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is expected.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types are key.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively is vital.
