Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Hanumangarh. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The Call Center Agent will also assist with troubleshooting and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
