Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues. Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards. Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements. Key Skills Required: Knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle. Basic understanding of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
