Job Description

A Call Center Agent handles inbound and outbound customer calls to provide support, resolve inquiries, and promote products or services. Their primary duties include answering calls professionally, listening to customer concerns, providing accurate information on products/services, processing orders or forms, and resolving complaints using available resources. Agents also document all interactions in CRM systems, escalate complex issues to supervisors, follow up on calls as needed, and upsell opportunities to meet performance targets. Key responsibilities involve active listening to confirm details, diffusing upset customers, routing calls appropriately, recognizing trends in customer feedback, and maintaining call logs/reports for analysis. They ensure compliance with company policies, build positive customer relationships, and contribute to high customer satisfaction scores through efficient service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,299.41 - ₹32,614.14 per month
