Café Manager

Job Summary:

As a Cafe Manager at Coffee Shastra, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the café, ensuring high standards of customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance. You will play a key role in maintaining the brand's reputation and ensuring smooth operations at the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage café staff, including kitchen staff, and cleaners.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Monitor and maintain daily café operations, hygiene, and quality control.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely supply of goods.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and expense reports.
• Ensure timely attendance and discipline among the staff.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and safe cash deposits.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to improve footfall.
• Conduct regular staff training and motivate the team for performance.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of café equipment, POS billing systems, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Basic accounting and reporting skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• Experience with food handling and inventory management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
