Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable with timely reconciliation.
  • Perform daily bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.
  • Use Tally ERP for voucher entry, ledger creation, inventory management, and generating financial reports.
  • Assist with monthly payroll calculations, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and salary processing.
  • Maintain records of petty cash, vendor bills, staff advances, and expense reimbursements.
  • Support in audit preparation, both internal and statutory.
  • Coordinate with departments (kitchen, front office, HR) to verify and validate expense and revenue records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
