Job Responsibility
•Team Leadership: Supervise and support café managers, providing guidance and training as needed.
•Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of each café, implementing improvements where necessary.
•Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations.
•Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.

Must be working on store manager /area manager position at least 4 to 5 yearsProven experience in a managerial role within the Food or Coffee industry only
