Job Description We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Café Manager to oversee daily café operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and handle billing and inventory using Petpooja POS software. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day café operations smoothly Supervise, train, and schedule café staff Ensure high standards of customer service and hygiene Handle billing, KOT, and reports using Petpooja software Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination Monitor sales, expenses, and daily cash reconciliation Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions Ensure compliance with food safety and local regulations Coordinate with online food delivery platforms (Swiggy/Zomato) Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
