Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Restaurant General Manager at Coffee Culture. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality. Responsibilities include managing financial aspects such as budgeting and P&L, driving team performance, hiring and training employees, and maintaining operational excellence. The General Manager will lead efforts to create a welcoming environment and ensure the seamless execution of the restaurant's services.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of P&L Management and Budgeting to drive financial performance.
• Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a superior guest experience.
• Proficiency in Hiring and team management to build and lead a capable and motivated team.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on problem-solving and efficiency.
