Job Description

Job Role: Vehicle Strength & Durability CAE Evaluation Responsibilities: Build CAE models (meshing, assembly, load & constraint setup) for Body, Chassis & Closures. Perform Strength & Durability analysis (linear & non-linear). Analyze results, identify failure modes & suggest countermeasures. Document findings & communicate with design/testing teams. Correlate CAE with physical test results & refine models. Support value enhancement proposals. Competencies: Strong knowledge of Strength of Materials, Machine Design & Fatigue. Hands-on in FEA tools: Hypermesh, Nastran, LS-Dyna, Hyperview, LS Pre-Post. Exposure to FEMFAT, MSC Fatigue, NCode, ADAMS, Optistruct, Mode Frontier (advantage). Understanding of Automotive Body & Sheet Metal design. Ability to link CAE with physical testing & propose performance improvements. Behavioral Skills: Good communication, presentation, teamwork, networking & achievement orientation.
