Experience - 8 to 12 years
•Able to manage multiple projects that includes cabin design, galley configurations, and seating solutions for Aircraft fleet.
•Contribute to new product development with innovation
•Conducting thorough competitor analysis for benchmark activities.
•Participation in development of cabin products throughout its lifecycle.
•Complete ownership of integration of Cabin Interior Seating sub-system.
•Co-ordinate with supplier SPOC reagrding part deliverables in time without delay.
•Works with Design and manufacturing te am regarding design and integration of Seats/Galleys/Monuments.
•Should be able to work on Layout of Passenger Accommodation(LOPA). Prefer knowledge of Ergonomics and Aerospace standards
•Track and highlight key risks and mitigation mechanisms
•Guide team for debugging support, risk mitigation ensuring Lean design methodology.
•Cabin Maintenance Coordination and Implementation of New Cabin Products
•Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and industry benchmarking
