A CA Inter job involves supporting senior finance teams with core accounting, auditing, and tax tasks like preparing financial statements, managing ledgers, assisting with tax filings, conducting audits, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance, acting as a crucial link between academic knowledge and practical financial management for an organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Preparing and maintaining financial statements, balance sheets, P&L statements, and managing ledgers.
• Auditing: Assisting with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Taxation: Helping with tax planning, preparation, and filing (GST, Income Tax).
• Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and supporting budgeting/forecasting.
• Compliance & Reconciliation: Ensuring adherence to financial policies, reconciling accounts (AP/AR), and managing records.
• Software & Tools: Utilizing accounting software and MS Excel proficiently.

Typical Skills & Qualifications:

• Passed CA Intermediate exams.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles, regulations, and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
