Job Summary

We are looking for a CA Inter qualified candidate with hands-on experience in GST, Accounting, and TDS. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to the real estate sector, with strong knowledge of statutory compliance, bookkeeping, and taxation matters.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers and reconciliations
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare financial statements and MIS reports

GST Compliance

• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
• GST reconciliation, input tax credit tracking and compliance review
• Handling GST notices and coordinating with consultants/auditors

TDS & Statutory Compliance

• Deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns
• Preparation and issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16 / 16A)
• Compliance with Income Tax and other statutory requirements

Real Estate–Specific Responsibilities (Preferred)

• Accounting for real estate projects, including project-wise cost tracking
• GST implications on construction, joint development agreements, and leasing
• Handling RERA-related accounting and reporting requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• CA Inter qualified (mandatory)
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Accounting, GST, and TDS
• Experience in real estate/construction industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of GST and Income Tax provisions
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP) and MS Excel

• Candidates from real estate or construction background
• Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
