Job Summary

We are seeking a CA Inter–qualified candidate to support the finance, accounts, auditing, and compliance functions of our NBFC. The role involves assisting the finance team in ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, regulatory reporting, and internal process control.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
• Assist in internal audits, statutory audits, and compliance-related documentation.
• Work with the finance team to ensure RBI/NBFC regulatory compliance.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data collection and analysis.
• Manage documentation, vendor reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Good analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under timelines within a regulated NBFC environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
