About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team at BD Bansal & Co. The ideal candidate should be proficient in core accounting functions and committed to delivering high-quality financial services while adhering to ethical standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct statutory audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Manage tax compliance, including planning, filing, and advisory.

* Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and MIS.

* Provide financial and strategic advice to clients for effective decision-making.

* Ensure adherence to accounting standards, laws, and ethical practices.

* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve financial queries.

* Be open to occasional travel for client engagements.

Requirements

* Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and client management skills.

* Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities proactively.

* Open to working without a COP (Certificate of Practice).
