Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Audit Manager to lead and execute Statutory Audits and Tax Audits for clients across diverse industries. The candidate will work closely with partners and clients to ensure timely and accurate audit deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Statutory Audits and Tax Audits end-to-end.
• Review financial statements as per applicable accounting and auditing standards.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
• Plan audit processes, allocate tasks, and guide junior team members.
• Communicate with clients for data, clarifications, and audit closure.
• Identify control gaps and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare audit reports, working papers, and documentation.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax & GST.
• Good analytical, review, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and team-management abilities.
