CA Article Trainee - Internship

We are seeking dynamic CA Final students for our articleship program. This is a prime opportunity to work closely with our finance and investment teams on high-impact projects within the startup funding landscape. As part of our team, you’ll be immersed in financial analyses, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives that drive our VC operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Due Diligence & Analysis:
• Assist in evaluating startup funding opportunities through financial modeling, risk assessments, and comprehensive due diligence.
• Deal Structuring Support:
• Collaborate with our investment team to structure venture capital deals, contributing to valuation exercises and financial forecasts.
• Investor & Reporting Assistance:
• Help prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, and detailed financial reports that underpin funding rounds and strategic decisions.
• Compliance & Audit Activities:
• Participate in regulatory compliance initiatives, support audit preparations, and ensure adherence to relevant industry standards.
• Accounting & Documentation:
• Manage routine accounting tasks, maintain proper financial records, and support the documentation process for various legal and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirement:
• Must be a CA Final student
• Please Note: Candidates who have cleared their CA Final examination in Jan-25
• Transfer cases are strongly discouraged
• Analytical Skills:
• Strong numerical ability, analytical skills, proficiency in excel and word, and a keen attention to detail.
• Interest in making dynamic and creative investor presentations and teasers using canva and powerpoint
• Communication:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Passion for Innovation:
• A genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and venture capital, with a drive to explore new financial frontiers.
• Team Collaboration:
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently.
