About the Role

Buying & Design Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own category-wise buying and assortment planning
• Manage the end-to-end design & product development pipeline
• Track timelines, approvals, sampling, and new product launches
• Analyze sales, margins, and inventory to optimize assortment
• Work closely with design, sourcing, supply chain, and marketing teams
• Maintain strong Excel-based trackers and dashboards for decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years

  experience in apparel buying / merchandising / product roles
• Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, and apparel development cycles
• Excellent

  analytical and Excel skills

• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Graduate/Post-graduate from a

  reputed institution

  (NIFT / NID / Tier-1 colleges preferred)
