CTC - 5-7 L PA Work days - 6, Sunday off Designation - Senior Logistic Specialist Key responsibilities:- Handle all logistics and shipping activities for both B2C orders and B2B Coordinate with courier partners Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery Handle returns, re-shipments, and logistic escalations Maintain daily dispatch records, update inventory movement Coordinate with warehouse / fulfillment team Ensure smooth pickup & packaging schedules Work closely with customer support team to solve delivery-related issues Prepare logistic reports, COD status, NDR (non-delivery reports), etc. Skills & Requirements: Prior experience in logistics, shipping, e-commerce, or warehousing preferred Good communication in English, Hindi and Local Language Comfortable using shipping dashboards Excel / Google Sheets skills Can talk to vendors and logistics teams confidently Show more Show less
