Senior Logistics Specialist

As a Senior Logistic Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all logistics and shipping activities, including B2C and B2B orders. You will coordinate with courier partners, track shipments to ensure on-time delivery, and manage returns, re-shipments, and logistic escalations. Maintaining daily dispatch records and updating inventory movement will be part of your routine tasks. You will also work closely with the warehouse/fulfillment team to ensure smooth pickup and packaging schedules. Collaboration with the customer support team to address delivery-related issues is essential. Your role will require you to prepare logistic reports, COD status, NDR (non-delivery reports), and other related documentation. Prior experience in logistics, shipping, e-commerce, or warehousing is preferred. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language is necessary for effective communication. You should be comfortable using shipping dashboards, possess Excel/Google Sheets skills, and be able to communicate confidently with vendors and logistics teams. This position offers a competitive CTC of 5-7 LPA with a 6-day work schedule and Sundays off.
