Buyer Capital Procurement - CPR 1

In this role, you will be responsible for Capital Goods / Indirect Material Procurement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Negotiating prices for Capital Goods - Setting costing and negotiation targets for Capital Goods - Conducting industry visits for Cost Benchmarking - Coordinating with Production Engineering, R&D, and other internal stakeholders to define BOQs, requirements, and specifications of capital goods For the technical/functional aspect, you should possess: - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and propose strategies - Strategic thinking to suggest long-term solutions - A 360-degree approach to business situations - Strong execution orientation and problem-solving skills On the behavioral side, you should demonstrate: - Very strong communication and presentation skills - Target orientation - Team player mindset - Networking skills for benchmarking data activities - Ability to work within strict timelines Qualifications required for this role are: - BE/B-Tech (Essential) - BE/B-Tech/MBA (Desirable) If you are looking to join a company with a focus on Capital Procurement (Production Engineering), this position may be a great fit for you.,
