Bussiness Development Manager

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in sales, partnerships, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels
• Generate and qualify leads (online, offline, partnerships, referrals)
• Conduct client meetings, calls, and presentations
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations)
• Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with managementEducation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred

Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Ability to generate leads and close deals
• Understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Presentation and client-pitching skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking
