Job Responsibilities:

Team Management & Communication:

 Handle and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

 Maintain clear and open communication within the team to resolve issues efficiently.

 Support and guide team members in their daily activities to achieve operational

excellence.

Customer Communication:

 Interact with customers professionally to address complaints, queries, or feedback.

 Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and maintain a positive relationship with

all clients.

Corporate Client Relations:

 Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients.

 Communicate regularly regarding product requirements, bulk orders, pricing, and

delivery schedules.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality product

deliveries.

 Understand and address the specific needs of corporate clients to provide customized

service solutions.

 Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure a smooth post-delivery experience.

 Assist management in expanding and nurturing long-term corporate partnerships.

Operational Responsibilities:

 Oversee daily operations, including dispatch, logistics, and inventory management.

 Ensure smooth coordination between production, supply chain, and delivery teams.
