Business/Data Analyst

As a Business Analyst in the Global Transformation team, you will be responsible for various key activities across multiple projects and programmes. Your role will involve requirements gathering, solution design documentation, test scenario execution, change management activities, and implementation management. You may work on change planning, audience analysis, change interventions, and implementation readiness to accelerate benefits and minimize risks during deployment. Your responsibilities will also include managing data analysis/migration, process change, and ensuring effective management of internal client expectations. A good understanding of control requirements surrounding data handling will be crucial in this role. You will assess operational risks, adhere to compliance and operational risk controls, and perform due diligence to prevent adverse impacts on customers and business operations. Additionally, you are expected to have strong data and business analyst skills with banking knowledge. You should endorse team engagement initiatives, create an environment of high standards and continual improvement, and develop professional relationships across departments and stakeholders. Stakeholder complexity is a key aspect of your role, requiring you to gather requirements, agree on designs, and resolve conflicts among stakeholders. Your functional knowledge should include a solid working experience in data & analytics, technical product development, project management principles, and portfolio management. Effective communication with stakeholders, team management, conflict resolution, and presenting to senior stakeholders are essential skills. Experience in agile projects, DevOps, SQL programming, ETL process, GCP, Hadoop, Jupyter Notebook, Python or Pyspark, and SQL is also required.
