Business/Data Analyst

As a Business Analyst, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities and accountabilities spanning across multiple projects and programmes. Your key responsibilities include: - Gathering requirements, documenting solution designs, and executing test scenarios - Supporting change management activities from planning to implementation, including designing and delivering change interventions - Managing implementation readiness and early stages of implementation - Playing a people/team management role within projects/programmes - Facilitating effective data analysis/migration and process change for internal clients - Assessing operational risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational risk controls - Performing due diligence to prevent adverse impacts on customers and business operations - Documenting risks, issues, and dependencies in RAID log for allocated projects Your functional knowledge should include: - Strong Data and Business Analyst skills with Banking Knowledge - Endorsing team engagement initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment - Developing professional relationships across departments and stakeholders - Demonstrating strong business knowledge and staying updated on industry trends - Managing stakeholder complexity and gathering requirements across stakeholders - Working experience in data & analytics field, technical product development, and delivery - Applying project management principles, portfolio management, and agile methodologies - Communicating effectively with stakeholders, team management, and presenting to senior stakeholders - Understanding DevOps and agile principles, and utilizing them effectively - Proficiency in SQL, SQL programming, ETL Process, GCP, Hadoop, Jupyter Notebook, Python or Pyspark Please note the additional details of the company are not provided in the job description.,
