Rite KnowledgeLabs is looking for Beginner-level Business Writers – Social Media & Digital to join our dynamic team in Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai (onsite role, full-time work from office).

If you love playing with words, enjoy brainstorming business content, and want to shape the voice of brands across websites, digital platforms, and social media—while also collaborating closely with clients—this role is for you! You’ll write B2B storytelling content like corporate blogs, case studies, LinkedIn posts, and website content, while also learning how to manage client expectations and take content from brief to delivery.

Who should apply?

You must have at least 1 year of agency experience (but if you’re an English or Journalism Graduate fresher with an impressive writing portfolio, we’d love to see it!). A basic understanding of business terms, social media metrics, and digital content is a plus. Immediate joiners preferred!

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Writer – Social Media & Digital, you will:

• Craft compelling content

  – Thought leadership articles, LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies, and website content.

• Bring fresh ideas to the table

  – Share creative content concepts to captivate audiences.

• Analyse & strategize

  – Understand digital metrics and social media performance and sharpen your content strategy.

• Reporting & Insights

  – Prepare clear, insight-driven social media performance reports for clients.

• Manage client communication

  – Act as the primary point of contact (POC) between clients and internal teams; gather briefs, share updates, clarify requirements, and maintain smooth delivery.

• Team up with designers –

  Work closely with the creative team to ensure your words are visually stunning.

• Stay on top of trends

  – Keep up with what’s buzzing in the B2B, digital, and social media landscape to create standout content.

Qualification:

• Graduates or Post-graduates in English, Business Journalism, Business Communication, Marketing Communications, Economics, or related fields.
• Freshers with strong writing skills and a portfolio of digital/social media content are welcome to apply.
