Job Description

We are currently seeking a Business Value Architect Sr. Director to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

A Sr. Director, Business Value Architect is a senior strategic role that acts as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, focusing on developing and delivering business cases and value propositions for technology modernization and digital transformation. Key responsibilities include deep analysis of business goals, processes, and industry trends, designing customized solutions for clients, driving innovation, leading cross-functional teams, and justifying the financial and strategic benefits of transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory:
Provide expert advice to clients on business value architecture, leveraging expertise in consulting, data, and AI to drive long-term success.
Business Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research to understand a client's business strategy, challenges, objectives, pain points, and industry trends.
Solution Design:
Develop tailored solutions and "Art of the Possible" hypotheses that align technology modernization with business goals.
Business Case Development:
Create compelling value cases, business cases, and investment justifications that demonstrate the benefits of proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, client executives, solution architects, delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives and requirements.
Innovation & Transformation:
Drive digital transformation initiatives and foster innovation by identifying and leveraging new technologies and best practices.
Executive Engagement:
Communicate and present complex business solutions and value propositions clearly and compellingly to C-suite executives and other client stakeholders.
Knowledge Management:
Create and maintain reusable assets, models, and frameworks for business value architecture to support repeatable success.
