You will manage and support UKG Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) modules, including configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The role involves working on time clocks (installation, troubleshooting, upgrades), collaborating with stakeholders such as Operations, Schedulers, Supervisors, and Back-office teams, and handling O&M activities like access requests, incidents, enhancements, and small projects. You will also support data migration, integration, and reporting, document technical specifications, and contribute to UKG bi-annual upgrades. Additionally, you'll have opportunities to learn and work on core ERP applications like Workday and Infor CloudSuite.
Configure, test, and deploy UKG Kronos WFM modules based on business requirements.
Manage time clocks: troubleshoot issues, install new clocks, perform upgrades, and maintain hardware/software.
Handle O&M activities: access requests, incidents, service requests, enhancements, and small projects.
Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities.
Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs, and user guides.
Contribute to UKG bi-annual upgrades: impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment.
Learn and support core ERP applications like Workday and Infor CloudSuite.
Troubleshoot integrations and reports as needed.
Must have
Hands-on experience with UKG Kronos WFM modules (configuration, testing, deployment).
Strong knowledge of time clock management (installation, troubleshooting, upgrades).
Experience in O&M support: incidents, requests, enhancements, and projects.
Understanding of data migration, integration, and reporting processes.
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, user guides).
Good collaboration and communication skills with varied stakeholders.
SQL querying for troubleshooting and reporting.
Nice to have
Knowledge of Payroll processing.
Experience with UKG bi-annual upgrade cycles.
Familiarity with other ERP systems like Workday and Infor CloudSuite.
Exposure to integration troubleshooting and reporting tools.
Basic understanding of cloud ERP best practices.
