Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management
· Maintain, update, and manage internal databases for trainers, clients, and training programs.
· Ensure data accuracy across platforms and tools (Excel, CRM, internal software, etc.).
· Create and share regular reports on trainer availability, engagement, and performance metrics.
· Track and archive documents such as trainer contracts, feedback reports, and session records.
2. Trainer Sourcing
· Identify, reach out, and onboard qualified trainers for various training categories (technical, behavioral, functional).
· Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork, or internal references for sourcing trainers.
· Maintain a pool of active, verified trainers mapped by domain expertise and availability.
· Coordinate initial screening, capability checks, and documentation with trainers.
3. Coordination & Support
· Work closely with the operations and delivery team to match trainers with client training requirements.
· Liaise with trainers for availability, session planning, documentation, and post-session follow-ups.
· Support the sales/pre-sales team with trainer profiles and bios during client proposals.
