We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Business Support Executive to provide administrative, marketing, and operational support for SIDBI-related activities. The candidate will play a key role in disseminating information, engaging members, and coordinating with various SIDBI verticals and offices. Key Responsibilities Scheme Communication & Promotion Disseminate accurate and updated information about SIDBI schemes to members and stakeholders. Create awareness and assist members in understanding available schemes and benefits. Operational & Administrative Support Support multiple SIDBI verticals/offices/BOs (Credit, Audit, Recovery, etc.) with daily operational tasks. Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in tasks such as: Online application filing Coordinating with customers for collection of pending documents/information Monitoring and follow-ups on application progress and requirements Membership Engagement Maintain strong engagement with members to ensure satisfaction and active participation. Serve as a point of contact for member queries and provide timely support. Program Coordination Organise and manage programmes, workshops, and events in collaboration with SIDBI . Coordinate logistics, communication, and participant management for smooth execution. Experience Required 2-4 years of experience in Administration and Marketing roles. Ability to manage customer engagement, documentation, coordination, and field support. Key Skills Strong communication skills in English and Telugu Good knowledge of MS Office and online application processes Excellent coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities Ability to interact professionally with members and SIDBI officials
