*Coordinate with Freelancer and sales for training opportunities ensuring the TAT
* Recruit freelance trainers from different portals like nakuri and LinkedIn
* Maintain the freelancer details in LMS
* Schedule and execute planned training assignments
* Collect and maintain the training course content and materials
* Assisting the client with the evaluation of offers, negotiation terms and closure
* End-to-End coordination in scheduling the training online and offline according to the client's expectations
* Ensuring to share all the required training documents, Purchase Order shared on time
* Ensuring the smooth delivery on the batch with timely feedbacks
* Upload invoices upon completion of training
