Business Support Executive

About the Business Support team:

Our Business support team provides administrative support to global mid-sized companies, small businesses, professionals, and individuals. Our assistance helps our customers to save time, costs, gives access quick access to diverse skill sets. Core support services include: Customer support, Project management, Data management, E-commerce management, Recruitment screening, Translation & Transcription support.

Position Purpose:

Responsible for remotely assisting global customers from Fortune 500 and Small & Medium sized companies located across US, Europe & Australia on their day-to-day business tasks.

Primary Responsibility:

1. Deliver customer projects as per the defined scope of work.

2. Good written and verbal communication skills.

3. 100% adherence to project timelines, quality standards and expected efficiency.

4. Experience to effectively communicate with global customers through email / phone / chat.

5. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers.

6. Learn quickly in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

7. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet diverse project timelines set by the customer.

Competency /Skills:

1. Good keyboard skills - Accuracy and Speed

2. Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

3. Experience or knowledge on online CRMs, Project Management tools, Expense Management, Database Management, Social Media platforms etc.,

4. Excellent desktop research skills to gather, collate and present data.

5. Strong analytical, logical reasoning and numerical skills
