Customer & Partner Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate

  strong enthusiasm and a dedicated work ethic

  while contributing in a fast-paced

  startup

  environment.
• Serve as the 

  first point of contact

   for customers, partners, resolving queries on orders, deliveries, and product details.
• Conduct 

  cold calling

   with customers and business partners, explaining offerings, business collaborations, operational support.
• Maintain consistent 

  follow-ups

   to build long-term trust with customers and partners.
• Coordinate with 

  suppliers, vendors, and internal teams

   to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Provide 

  partner support

   by resolving issues, streamlining communication, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Handle escalations with 

  quick, smart decision-making

   to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Magicindi in a 

  professional, polite, and customer-friendly manner

   at all times.
• Chat support executive.
• Keep accurate records of communications, follow-ups, and resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication skills in 

  Telugu,

  English, Hindi

  (English spoken and written preferred).
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable with 

  cold calling and persuasive communication

  .
• Ability to 

  think on your feet

   and make sound business decisions.
• Prior experience in 

  customer support, telesales, or partner management

   is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage 

  multiple follow-ups

   effectively.
• Shows technical ability in working with

  business softwares.
