Role Description

The Business Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, delivering customer service, and offering overall support to business operations. Tasks involve maintaining organized records, addressing participant queries, facilitating communication across teams, and contributing to the smooth execution of company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with an ability to assess data and contribute to decision-making strategies
• Proficiency in Business Support tasks and Administrative Assistance duties to ensure seamless operational processes
• Strong English Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively address customer needs and inquiries
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Proficiency in using office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite) is a must.
• Experience working in an educational or competitive environment is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
