As a Business Support Associate at eWards, you will be an integral part of the dynamic team, working closely with the Director of Sales to support the sales, business development, and marketing initiatives. Your role will involve a variety of tasks essential for the company's success, including assisting with research, client coordination, proposal preparation, marketing activities, customer support & onboarding, operational tasks, and engaging with clients through various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Sales & Business Development Team with research, client coordination, and proposal preparation. - Provide support in marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and campaign execution. - Work on customer support & onboarding, ensuring clients have a seamless experience with our platform. - Handle operational tasks, including data management, reports, and CRM updates. - Engage with prospective and existing clients through emails, calls, and follow-ups. - Be actively involved in brainstorming sessions for growth strategies and new business opportunities. - Learn and adapt quickly to contribute effectively to different aspects of the business.
