Business Relationship Manager

• Dealer Relationship Management:

o Develop strong relationships with dealers the supply chain.

oServe as the primary point of contact between the company and dealers.

• · Field Visits:

o Conduct regular visits to dealer shops across assigned regions.

o Monitor branding, stock levels, sales trends, and promotional materials at each outlet.

• · Sales Support:

o Promote company products and assist dealers in increasing their sales.

o Support dealers in order placement, payment processing, and after-sales service coordination.

• · Market Intelligence:

o Gather insights on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.

o Provide feedback to internal teams on market dynamics and dealer performance.

• · Target Achievement:

o Ensure dealer-wise sales targets and monthly goals are met.

o Plan and execute schemes and campaigns to boost dealer engagement and product off-take.

• · Training & Development:

o Educate dealers and their staff on product knowledge, company policies, and new initiatives.

o Help them improve customer handling and upselling techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
