As a Business Process Excellence Lead- Intermediate, you play a crucial role in driving and overseeing the transformation of existing business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough analysis on current business processes, utilizing data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, and designing streamlined and scalable processes. You will also be involved in identifying technology solutions for automation and facilitating training for Lean Six Sigma projects to drive positive business outcomes. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of process improvements and measure their post-implementation results. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement - Use data-driven insights and performance metrics to assess process effectiveness and optimize opportunities - Design streamlined, standardized, and scalable medium to high complexity business processes - Identify technology solutions to support process automation and efficiency gains - Provide training and mentorship for Lean Six Sigma projects - Oversee the implementation of process improvements and measure post-implementation results Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in process improvement - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field - Yellow belt Lean Six Sigma certification; green belt certification is desirable - B2+ oral and written English proficiency The company values giving support, focusing on customers, embracing technology, and managing self-development.
