Role Overview: As a Business Process Excellence Lead- Intermediate, you play a crucial role in driving and overseeing the transformation of existing business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough analysis on existing processes, utilizing data-driven insights to assess effectiveness, designing streamlined processes, evaluating technology solutions for automation, facilitating training, and overseeing the implementation of process improvements. You are expected to have strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, tools, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and project management expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough analysis on existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement - Utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to assess process effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities - Design streamlined, standardized, and scalable medium to high complexity business processes leveraging best practices and innovative solutions - Identify and evaluate technology solutions supporting process automation, digitization, and efficiency gains - Facilitate training and mentor yellow or green belt Lean Six Sigma projects for desirable business outcomes - Oversee smooth implementation of process improvement and measure its post-implementation results Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in process improvement - Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field - Yellow belt Lean Six Sigma certification; green belt certification is desirable,
