Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (eCommerce & Google Ads) Location: Baner, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level (4+ years) About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in Google Ads and eCommerce to drive qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. This role is hands-on and results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting CAC and AOV targets through strategic campaign execution and continuous optimization. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities, improve performance, and scale high-impact campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Demand, Performance Max) with a focus on driving revenue growth. Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to ensure CAC and AOV goals are met. Use Google Merchant Center effectively to manage and troubleshoot product feeds for ad campaigns. Conduct keyword research, optimize bidding strategies, and improve ad performance through testing and data analysis. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign messaging, offers, and landing pages. Track and report on performance using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights. Required Qualifications: 4+ Years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce. Deep understanding of CAC, AOV, ROAS, and key performance metrics. Proficient in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act quickly.
