Job Description

1. Engagement Strategy & Execution

  • Design engagement calendars aligned to business priorities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute engagement events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Monitor participation, feedback, and ROI of engagement activities.

2. Employee Listening & Feedback

  • Conduct pulse surveys, focus groups
  • Partner with managers to address feedback and close identified gaps.
  • Prepare engagement dashboards and present findings to leadership.

3. Culture & Inclusion

  • Promote organizational values and inclusive practices in daily operations.

4. Recognition & Communication

  • Drive recognition programs (spot awards, service anniversaries, team celebrations).
  • Create internal communication plans for engagement events, survey results, and cultural updates.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with L&D, PMS, and TA teams to ensure engagement links with career development and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for events, surveys, or wellness services if outsourced.

Must-Have Skills

  • Employee Engagement Expertise:

    Proven ability to design and implement engagement frameworks.
  • Communication Skills:

    Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Data & Analytics:

    Ability to interpret engagement metrics, survey results, and attrition data to recommend actions.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Experience in influencing and partnering with business leaders.
  • Project Management:

    Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives within timelines and budgets.
  • Employee-Centric Mindset:

    Deep empathy and focus on improving employee experience.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • HR Systems Knowledge:

    Familiarity with HRMS, engagement tracking tools, or survey platforms.
  • Event Management Experience:

    Creative approach to designing large and small-scale engagement activities.
  • Facilitation Skills:

    Comfort in hosting workshops, town halls, and focus groups.
  • Change Management Exposure:

    Ability to manage culture initiatives during organizational change.
  • Creative Content Development:

    Designing posters, mailers, and engagement campaigns.
  • Employer Branding Awareness:

    Linking engagement with external brand perception.
