Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Marketplace & Sales Planning Track daily / weekly sales across Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C Assist in demand planning and SKU-level sales forecasting Monitor stock levels, ageing inventory, and replenishment triggers Support new product launches with data readiness (pricing, margins, projections) 2. Payment & Reconciliation Coordination Understand marketplace payment cycles and settlement logic Coordinate with the accountant on: Payment mismatches Chargebacks, disputes, and claims Lost-in-transit / damaged reimbursements Flag anomalies early with clear data snapshots 3. MIS & Reporting Maintain daily and weekly MIS: Sales Returns Cancellations Ad spend summary (no campaign handling) Contribution margins (high-level) Build simple Excel dashboards (pivot-based, logic-driven) 4. Operations & SOP Support Assist in documenting and improving SOPs for: Order flow Dispatch Returns & replacements Coordinate between warehouse, factory, and listings team Support warehouse expansion planning and process structuring 5. Cross-Functional Support Act as a bridge between founder, operations, accounts, and listings Follow up on pending actions and ensure closure Keep things moving without micromanagement
