About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Fitter / Experienced Welder with hands-on expertise in CO2 welding and working with jigs for fabrication and assembly. The ideal candidate should not only excel at precision welding and fitting but also bring an analytical mindset to problem-solving, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in production. Key Responsibilities: Perform CO2 welding and fitting operations for metal fabrication as per specifications. Work with jigs and fixtures to ensure accuracy and repeatability in production. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Carry out welding and fitting tasks with strong attention to quality standards and safety protocols. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design and quality requirements. Identify and troubleshoot fabrication challenges with a logical, analytical approach. Maintain welding tools, machines, and equipment in good working condition. Support continuous improvement initiatives in the fabrication process. Requirements: Proven experience as a Welder / Fitter (minimum 3–5 years preferred). Strong expertise in CO2 welding techniques. Experience with jigs and fixtures in production environments. Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of workplace safety standards and best practices. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setup. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the furniture, fabrication, or sheet metal industry.
