Job Description

We re looking for a proactive Business Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational tasks, streamline processes, and assist with cross-team initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in business efficiency, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. You ll work closely with teams across the organization, contributing to projects that drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Assist in documenting and optimizing business processes.

Help track project timelines, action items, and deliverables.

Maintain organized records of meetings, decisions, and follow-ups.

Facilitate collaboration between teams by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and sharing updates.

Support ad-hoc requests from stakeholders (e.g., research, data gathering, presentations).

Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

Contribute to creating standardized guidelines or best practices.

Assist in compiling reports, dashboards, or presentations for leadership.

Analyze basic datasets to uncover trends or insights (if applicable).

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity to learn and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
