Associate – Business Operations

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supporting

  new and existing customer onboarding

  across various communication channels at ValueFirst.
• Preparing

  weekly performance reports

  that track the end-to-end onboarding journey.
• Managing

  customer queries

  and providing prompt, effective solutions.
• Executing campaigns through channels like

  SMS, Voice, RCS, and WhatsApp

  .
• Creating and maintaining reports in

  Excel

  , sharing updates with clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Implementing and monitoring

  checks, controls, and alert mechanisms

  for offline processes.
• Understanding and applying

  SMSC, UCC compliance

  , and OTT platform processes (WhatsApp, RCS, Truecaller).
• Evaluating new customer details shared by the Sales team and conducting

  due diligence

  before account creation in internal systems.

What You’d Have

• 2–3 years

  of experience in a similar operations or client servicing role.
• A

  graduate degree

  in any discipline.
• Strong

  Excel skills

  and a data-driven approach to reporting and process tracking.
• Hands-on experience in

  campaign execution

  across digital communication channels.
• Good understanding of

  compliance norms

  and platform-specific requirements.
• Excellent

  communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
