This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn how real operations work inside a tech startup, from processes, workflows, documentation, execution, project coordination, to organisational development.

What You Will Do

• Support and coordinate daily

  operational workflows

  across departments
• Assist in building

  SOPs, documentation, processes and operational structure

• Work on

  project coordination

  , follow-ups, task tracking, and execution
• Help optimise workflows, improve efficiency and support operational automation
• Collaborate with a

  global team

  across multiple time zones
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and operational records
• Contribute ideas, solve problems and support leadership
• Take responsibility for completing tasks with discipline and ownership

Qualifications

• Freshers only, absolutely no prior experience required

• Strong curiosity, hunger to learn and willingness to step outside your comfort zone
• Clear communication skills and the ability to stay organised
• Logical thinking with the ability to adapt, analyse and execute
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong responsibility and ownership
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management or related fields preferred
