Role Description We are looking for a high-potential Fresher who is ambitious, curious, and eager to grow. This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn how real operations work inside a tech startup, from processes, workflows, documentation, execution, project coordination, to organisational development. This is not just a job, it is an opportunity to grow from Day Zero with a company built for global scale . No prior experience is required. We will train you, guide you and help you develop strong operational foundations. What You Will Do Support and coordinate daily operational workflows across departments Assist in building SOPs, documentation, processes and operational structure Work on project coordination , follow-ups, task tracking, and execution Help optimise workflows, improve efficiency and support operational automation Collaborate with a global team across multiple time zones Maintain reports, dashboards, and operational records Contribute ideas, solve problems and support leadership Take responsibility for completing tasks with discipline and ownership Qualifications Freshers only, absolutely no prior experience required Strong curiosity, hunger to learn and willingness to step outside your comfort zone Clear communication skills and the ability to stay organised Logical thinking with the ability to adapt, analyse and execute Detail-oriented mindset with strong responsibility and ownership Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management or related fields preferred Comfortable working in a remote, structured, fast-growing environment
